mucous plug or "bloody show"? (possibly tmi)

This morning in the shower I noticed a really gooey brown discharge after I washed my lady parts. Its also been on the tp after I've used the bathroom every time since, but nothing dripping or staying in my pants. Anyone know what this could be? I have no pain but was 3 cm and 70-80% on Friday and am on my feet all day at work. Dr said baby could come any day and I've had pressure the past couple days, but nothing today except the gooey discharge.

    MP =/= Labor

    However, since the OP is already quite dilated and effaced, labor doesn't sound too far away.

    i had show/plug come out.. and just cramping.. im still waiting for those contractions!

    but since poster is more dilated than i am maybe her labor is closer in coming !

    i was 3 cm dilated & 80% effaced on wednesday.  my mucous plug came on friday and still N O T H I N G.  i hope you have better luck than me!!!

    Sounds like your mp but just a heads up I was 4cm, 100% and had lost my mp about a month before I went into labor the last time so it doesn't always mean labor will happen immediately

    Hate to burst your bubble, but Wed. I was 3cm/80% got stripped, had my bloody show and have had funky crap come out of down there for a few days now and NOTHING. My OB even said, I'll probably see you before your next appt. anyway on my way out. I got so excited.. but I'm still here and still very pregnant.
