Can I have sour cream?

As it is Memorial Day weekend... I would love to have some dip!  The sour cream container does not say anything about pasteurized, it only says contains: "Grade A cultured milk"... is it safe???

    LOL.  yes, sour cream is fine as long as it stays refrigerated.

    I've been eating sour cream, at home I make sure it reads pasturized. Even in a restaurant I will still eat it. That wasn't much help was it?! I think small portions are ok.

    If you live in the US You're not really going to be exposed to anything that isn't pasteurized unless you go looking for it.

    The FDA requires pasteurization of commercially-sold dairy foods and drinks. You're fine. Eat up! I had some last night.

    I have had sour cream several times during my pregnancy.  I have also had lunch meat occasionally and soda here and there too, among some other things......
