Here is the website for SLS. I never got the book, just went off of this, it's pretty quick to read. GL with sleep training. It sucks the first few days but when you see her make progress it really helps. I know DH was beyond thrilled when we all were finally getting sleep and we only coslept for a few months, I was always in her room with her.

Thanks for this I started to read it a bit when I was laying on the floor by her bed. Will take a peak again. I guess I will sort of end up winging this. I suppose it is crazy to think there is a right or wrong way to do something. She is asleep in her toddler bed next to my bed. It took about 40 mins for her to go to sleep which is pretty typical on a regular night. Not too many tears were shed. I'm sure sleep lady would yell at me because she fell asleep holding my hand Smile

I'll start moving away eventually. This is as hard on me as it is her LOL

I totally agree! Sleep training stinks for everyone, but the end result is worth it. DD fell asleep a lot with me touching her, I figure each kids goes at their own pace, so oh well if I didn't follow the "rules" exactly, lol.
