Going to the bathroom without a baby crying because you had to put her down because she doesn't sleep anywhere but with you.
Getting to take a shower for more than 5 minutes for the same reason as above.
Eating your dinner while its still hot.
Sleeping for more than 2 or 3 hours at a time.
Doing your hair with a blow dryer, and flat iron.
Getting anywhere on time.
What are your little things that you are appreciating now?
Re: Appreciating the little things.
Yes to all-especially those three though.
Being able to single-task anything!
I am constantly doing 2 or more things at one time! By the end of the day I'm completely wiped!
Like pumping on one side and nursing on the other? Or pumping/nursing and eating? Putting on makeup and rocking her to sleep? Dishes and baby wearing?
Obviously I agree with this one as well.

Yes to all of those things!!! Except I add a two year old to that mix! Which always makes things interesting!
I especially love it when DH is holding Avery and he'll say something like, hey I have to take my contacts out, and I just look at him like what do you think I do all day long with two kids?! Never anything by myself, that's for sure!haha
I guess I should consider myself lucky that I'm good at multi-tasking! Otherwise I'd be a mess!
I appreciate -
being able to poop again without fear of ripping a stitch
using toilet paper again!! I just did not feel clean from peri-bottle alone
that Elliott sleeps in his bassinet and I don't need to constantly hold him (not that I don't want to snuggle with him, just not 24/7)
A big thing I appreciate is having DH home for these first 2 months so I can/he can do all the things that need doing.
These!!
-Typing with two hands
-Sitting in the front seat of the car
-putting on real clothes with someplace to go
-loading the dishwasher without LO in one arm
Pretty much everything everyone else said!!!
I have not shaved my legs for 3 weeks. It is on my list of things to do today, and I am curious what it will be like without a huge belly!
I also put on makeup for the first time yesterday since I had Wesley. He is 2.5 weeks old now! I was putting on makeup and rocking him in his carseat with my foot at the same time.
Yes to all of these things! Except getting anywhere on time. I don't go anywhere anymore. lol.
Taking the pumped milk and putting it in the refrigerator without spilling it. I swear, milk has become such a prized and precious commodity, that every time I put it safely in the fridge, I get a sigh of relief.
Changing a diaper without explosive pee or poo. I haven't been showered yet, but my husband has been doused with both.
His smiles. I swear, that melts my little inexperienced mommy heart.
As per me, eating a hot/warm food. Because you know that he ALWAYS gets incessantly hungry RIIIIIIIGHT around the time that we sit down to eat. ALWAYS.
A five hour stretch of sleep because I pumped and DH took over a shift.
The feeling that I'm somewhat capable of taking care of M.
Not crying all the time, crying has definitely decreased.
Brushing my teeth
Taking a shower
Going to the bathroom
Having the dishes and laundry done
A husband who acts as my "gofer"
