I used to HATE my Boppy

When I was trying to use it for nursing it would piss me off all the time.  The thing is tiny and I'm definitely not.  Should've gotten a MyBreastFriend pillow and I will if/when we have #2.

Now? I love it.  E is sitting up by himself 99% of the time but there are always the split second where he loses balance and doesn't catch himself fast enough.  Boppy saves the day. :)

    My friend never used hers for breast feeding, but LOVED it for tummy time and sitting up. She also used it as a neck pillow when she was super pregnant and slept sitting up.

    Ours get more use now than they did right after birth. Though they are quite wonderful as pillows on the crappy foldout chairs they had in the NICU. I used one to sleep on for a few weeks after j was born- either as my pillow or stuffed under what was left of my belly. That saggy pouch doesn't do well when you are on your side.

     

    Our couch is kinda getting weak so I SAT on ours when I'd sit on the couch after my csection and hospital visit #2.  Helped me get off the couch w/o killing myself when I was in so much pain.

    That is so surprising to me. I love love loved my boppy. I used it so much that we had one for upstairs and one for downstairs!

    I don't hate mine for breastfeeding.  It helps to not have to completely hold him the entire time but I already sit Seb in the boppy when he's awake and alert.  He does so well in it and loves it!

    I liked mine for BF too because of the support it would give for my arms and back.  But I really liked it when my H rigged the mobile on a magazine rack (ghetto, I know, but we didn't have the crib yet and he was still in our room) and we introduced it to J:  see below.
