Washing BG 4.0

According to the care instructions, you shouldn't wash in water above 100 degrees. That is not very hot. It seem like that wouldn't be enough to kill germs. Do you wash your BGs that low or do you wash on a higher temp. Any issues either way?

    I have my hot water heater set at 120 and haven't had any problems!

    I wash mine in cold water (I don't have hot water in my laundry room). So far I haven't had any problems. I rely on the sun for anti bacterial affects (will see how that goes!)

    Ours is set on 120 and I've never had a problem. Been using BG 3.0 for a year and 4.0 for a couple months. We turn it even higher once a month to "strip" them.
