'cause late pregnancy crankiness is making me a huge biitch.
There's another girl in the office who's pregnant, and I'm friends with her, and normally wouldn't harbour any negative thoughts for her. However, she's due 6 weeks after me, but chose to go on leave a week before I do, so I'm resentful.
I happened to notice she's put on some weight in places other than her bump, and my brain started in with some not-so-nice comments that I had to bite my tongue to keep from saying.
I feel so damn catty, and I hate it!

If you do tell someone off you must tell us the story.
Oh, guaranteed I will post it here. I could write a book about the things a call center agent deals with!

I know. I worked as tech support for a satellite company for a while and I also worked for a major cell phone company too for a couple of years. People can be BRUTAL and extremely rude to customer service reps.
I'm pretty sure that nothing my kid ever says to me in the heat of an argument will phase me, because in the last 7.5 years working for this company, I've been called every name in the book, and some I swear were made up on the spot.

working with the public just plain sucks...I did lots of those types of jobs to put myself through university. My 'favourite' was while working in the deli of a grocery store and cleaning up my workspace a client accused me of trying to POISON people and said he hopes I get cancer!
I often wonder if people think these things through - that's a worse thing to say, in my opinion, than swearing at someone, or calling them stupid.
That's almost always a dead giveaway for me that someone's sob story about why their bill is late is fake. No one who REALLY had a child in the hospital, or a dying mother would wish that on anyone else, ever.

Haha, yeah, my husband keeps making comments about how he's going to leave me if I keep leaving work early to avoid killing someone.
I nearly lost it on the cleaning lady a few minutes ago. We don't close until midnight, so they're supposed to wait, and clean our bathrooms then. It's 9:30, I have to pee, and she's got the bathroom closed for cleaning, because she wants to leave early tonight.
It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't Saturday, meaning the other floor except the ground floor are locked out. I have to go from the 6th floor to the ground floor to pee, then back up. As well, on weekends the elevators are locked out, so I had to go back to my desk and grab my elevator card before I could go down to go pee.
