I had a reduction about 12 yrs ago, and I tried to BF my daughter six years ago unsuccessfully. She had trouble latching so I EP but my supply was very low. I wondered if anyone else has had a reduction and still produces enough to bf without supplementing or if I might need to supplement with this baby. TIA
Re: Has anyone successfully breastfed after a breast reduction?
I know I read a blog by someone who did and wrote quite extensively about it - girlsgonechild.net
She had much better luck the second time around. The first time she didn't produce enough either.

I am BFAR but not w/o supplementing. I read in the Defining Your Own Success book that many times the supply is better with the 2nd baby.
