My M/s gave me away my sister and BIL figured me out

MY sister and BIL came over today for lunch. I have been getting morning sickness more lately and I got sick today. I was in the bathroom but they still heard me in the living room you can hear everything in our house on main floor. I tried to play it off and said I must be getting flu but they were already wandering with my weight restriction. I swore them to secracy. My sister has a big mouth so I hope she keeps her mouth shut. I had the kids leave room I told them I do not want kids knowing. With my miscarriage my oldest neice was upset for me and did not understand and it broke my heart. I need 12 weeks to hurry up and come so we can come clean.
