  He's great!  He answered all of our questions (my husband & I had never bought a house & didn't know much about mortgages & buying a house).  He was very patient with us & even if we asked the question a few times, he still answered it politely & quickly.  I emailed & called him many, many times while we were house hunting & he always got back to us within 24 hours, usually less even on the weekends!
  He's very low key & laid back & easy to talk to.  I highly recommend Ron.

  We used Justin Arnold at Sterling Savings Bank.  He was awesome!  We had a slightly complex mortgage (FHA, our own savings & accounts, a gift).  He is extremely patient, thorough, and he really knows his stuff.
