We mix one bottle of (chilled) pinot noir, 1/2 cup Welch's passion fruit frozen concentrate (as is, not diluted), and one bag of frozen mixed fruit. So good! We got the recipe from HEB at a sample table. Love it!
We had an event catered by guys and gals catering and they had a yummy white sangria that I loved. I asked the bartender for the recipe and surprisingly she gave it to me and it sounded so easy. I have yet to make it though. So it may not be nearly as easy I think.
1 can of frozen Minute Made concentrate, one bottle of white wine and cut up oranges, lemons and apples. Throw everything into a pitcher, stir and DRINK. Yum!
Here is the Sangria my sister always makes and it is YUMMY!
Ingredients:
64 oz pitcher
1 oz triple sec
1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz grenadine
1 lb assorted fresh or frozen fruit
2 oz sprite
2 cups of ice
3 oz orange juice
3 oz pineapple juice
12 oz (or to fill pitcher) of a good quality, red, rose or white wine
Fruit Suggestions:
*always use fresh oranges and/or lemons
seasonal fruit
pineapple
strawberries
peaches
grapes
cantaloupe
melon
cherries
berries (cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries are the best)
Sequence of Assembly for La Bella Sangria:
1. Fruit
2. Sprite
3. Ice
4. All other ingredients
5. Wine
Mixing Instructions:
It is important that you do not stir or use a blender. To achieve La Bella Sangria,
we recommend pouring from one pitcher to another (preferred method) or
taking a wooden spoon and inserting it into the pitcher and then rolling
the end of the spoon between the palms of your hands. Your sangria is ready to enjoy immediately.
Highly Suggested:
Use a big bottle of Riunite Lambrusco
No siggy pic until TB gets rid of Twitter and FB links
Re: Sangria recipe?
The O'Baby Blog
This is for frozen sangria:
Red wine + HEB brand grapefruit soda (must be that and not squirt or something else) + freezer = YUM!
I love the recipe from the WF website.
