  I just used the "free" kit from the hospital (I asked the LC to bring a pump to the room).  They gave me an entire package of new parts and about 12 bottles to pump into

  None... I bought new hoses (and still have them), but they weren't the right ones

  I didn't replace anything.  Sterilized the pieces before packing it away and then again when I went to use it again.

  I think the plastic from those things can change color slightly - after several sterilizations, but I think they still should be good, as long as you sterlized them. I don't plan on replacing any of my parts, unless when I pull it out of the closet, I find mold or something in the tubes.
