I don't see one so I'll start! I have a couple...
When my SIL first told me she was expecting her second child (2 days after we told them we were expecting our first) I was so upset and felt like she was "stealing our thunder" This came after many many instances of us feeling like that (going back to our wedding, buying houses, etc.). Now our babies are 2 weeks apart and of course I love having babies together, but back then I was not so thrilled. I only wish they lived closer now so we could hang out more often!
I think buying organic food is a waste of money...I don't eat organic and neither does DS. It's soooooo expensive I don't know how anyone affords it

Re: FFFC
I am so glad I'm not the only one! That would be good for a UO too!
Let's see... I guess mine would be that I am really not super worried about germs. I have washed LO's pacis maybe once this whole time (unless I had a legitimate concern - like if she dropped them when my mom's dog was visiting). I also let her touch the table at restaurants & touch the high chairs / shopping cart handles, etc and don't purell her afterwards. I am very "eh" about the whole thing. She doesn't go to daycare with lots of kids, so I feel like she's got to build up a resistance to germs somehow!
this is how i felt at first when my coworker told me she was expecting after i told them i was. but now im extremely happy for them and glad griff has a playmate.
my fffc's:
1) griff spit up really bad on this one toy stuffed bunny so i wiped off the visible spit and set it on the counter to clean later. 2 wks later and i still hadnt cleaned it. i saw DH (he didnt know it was dirty) give it to griff and i didnt stop him. i still havent cleaned it lol.
2) one night i was so frustrated with griff not sleeping that i put him down in his crib, went to my room and kicked the bedroom door. welllll i forgot the doorstop on that door is wonky and the doorknob on the other side punched a hole in teh wall. DH was not impressed lol
omg I'm the same way about that too!!

I agree! I don't think I have a FFFC this time, so I'll share this one.
As much as I feel like the extreme couponers are a little "extreme" I secretly want to be just like them (sans wiping out the shelves)
For no apparent reason, I've been sooooooooooooo freakin' tired this week, and it's making me grumpy and less productive than I should be. This is flameful because all-in-all DS is a pretty decent sleeper, so I really shouldn't complain.
DS is having a growth spurt and concurrently my supply has been sucking. I had to dip into my freezer supply for today's feedings, but when DS woke up at 2 a.m. last night, I let DH feed him a bottle even though BF-ing him would have been the "right" thing to do for my supply. Now that I'm so close to my six-month goal, I am definitely more complacent about BF-ing.
Well I'm impressed! He is probably afraid of you now
... you have a strong kick!
Agreed - the wiping of the shelves is just rude. But I've already kind of started...I'm in training to be on the show lol. I have a binder and everything. This week I got great deals on nail polish, saline solution, hair ties, Huggies swim diapers and some makeup.

Ditto on the germs FFFC. I'm the same way.
My FFFC: right now I have Kami sitting on the couch with Toy Story on. I have work to do and H is out for an appt right now.
Have you tried Baby Einstein movies? J LOVES them!!!
I bought DH some batman briefs. Why? He's overly considerate, so he won't broach the subject if he thinks the answer might be no. I want sex more, and to appeal to his inner geek I told him he could just "use the bat signal" to let me know he's interested.
He was really excited, and I hope this leads to many naughty nights!
OMG, my DH would wear them every night - hilarious!
Haha! That's great!
My FFFC:
I am NOT doing ANYTHING today! Its my birthday, and dammit I deserve a special day!!!
Also, this morning, I was exhausted from R keeping me up most of the night, so when he woke up, I turned on the tv, laid him on our bed, and let him watch it while I snoozed for another hour (though it wasn't really much rest because R kept poking my face when I closed my eyes haha)
maybe this is more of an unpopular opinion, but since when is moving from one grade to the next considered "graduation"? in my eyes, graduation happens when you finish high school, and when you finish college. people on my facebook are actually posting pix from their kids "2nd grade graduation" and "pre-k graduation".. i don't know, this bugs me. maybe i'll feel differently when it happens to my kid?
and my FFC.. i keep hoping something will happen to my iphone 3G so i have an excuse to buy the iphone 4. i just can't justify buying it when my 3G is less than two years old, so instead every time something slightly weird happens with it, i say to my DH, "man this phone just keeps having issues... i think i need the 4". too bad my birthday is 6 months away.
I agree about all the "I'm defs not a germaphobe" FFFCs.
I also agree about the grade to grade graduations. BUT I do like Kindergarten graduations. Maybe that's because I was a Kindergarten teacher... lol
My FFFC: As a teacher, I always used to say, "I hate it when parents just plop their kids in front of the TV." But now my LO is a TV junkie. I watch too much TV and she's with me all the time, and her head always tries to turn towards it. Her favorites are nascar (my dad watches it and we're in the living room a lot), hockey and jim cantore on the weather channel. For Lent, I gave up daytime TV... I'm a bit of a junkie myself. Trying to cut back though!

I'm a Kindergarten teacher and I agree. K used to be 1/2 day and they had a big graduation every June complete with a cap and gown, certificates and calling everyones name. It was a little much. But I think they justified it by saying that they were "graduating" to full day school.
Now that we're full day in Kindergarten, we call it Kindergarten Celebration. It's usually the last day of school (or at least the last week); all the parents are invited, we go up on stage, sing songs as a class and grade level and recite the picture poem. All the parents take pictures, we walk off stage and we're done!! So much nicer...and easier.
