  I visited Carlton Academy a little over a year ago and I was impressed by everything until we toured the playground where there were some very large climbers for the little children and all of the teachers were standing in a little huddle talking to each other and not paying attention to the children.  That was a red flag for me and we did not send out little one there.  We ended up at Children's Choice at Tampa General.  I have also heard good things about Seabourn Day School.

  We had our daughter at Carlton for a few months.  Some of the teachers were great but the school had a hard time retaining them.  There are so many issues with this school but your best bet is to google them and read the local reviews.  We pulled our LO from the school and were fortunate enough to keep her home until she was 18 months.  We enrolled her at a Seabourn school and couldn't be happier.  There are a bunch of kids who go to Seabourn who were former Carlton kids.  My advice is to look elsewhere!
