***MrsRosie & BrideonJuly8*** -- pasta salad

Hey!

So at book club last week there was a delicious pesto pasta salad (or at least it seemed pesto-ish) and I cannot for the life of me remember who brought it.  Gofurr thought that BrideonJuly8 brought it, but Abbysmom thought it might be MrsRosie's recipe.  In either case, could I have the recipe(s)?  Thanks so much!!

    Yep- I brought it and it was MrsRosie's recipe!

    Here ya go! (I left out the tomato and cheese, just in case people weren't fans)

    Creamy Pesto Pasta Salad
    1 (1.2oz) pkg Knorr Creamy Pesto Pasta Sauce Mix (has to be Creamy Pesto, not regular Pesto)
    3/4 cup regular or light mayonnaise
    1/3 cup milk
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 pint (2 cups) grape tomatoes -- halved
    8 ounces pasta twists or rotelle (about 4 c) -- cooked and rinsed
    -- and drained
    1 cup (4 oz) shredded or cubed mozzarella
    In large bowl, stir pasta sauce mix, mayo, milk, and vinegar until
    blended. Add tomatoes, pasta and cheese; toss to coat. Cover; chill to
    blend flavors.
