Little girls get a huge selection of super cute bathing suits. Little boys get to chose from like, 3. All in the most depressing colors... (how many times are they going to try to sell me on navy blue???)

Where did you look? I bought DS two cute ones with matching bucket hats at BRU about a week ago. They had a decent selection.

One pair is plaid & the other is bright bands of color w/ a scribbled skull & crossbone design

I just checked out what's online at Target, but I've also looked through Gap and Old Navy. I think I'm just on the hunt for something... cheerier? When you're browsing and the girls get these fun bright colors/details and you get to the boys section, it's a little depressing. Maybe it's just not my style. I'll have to check out BRU.

I know what you mean! The BRU website didn't have any (that I saw, at least) but in-store had a lot of cute things- stuff with sharks, fish, plaids, American flag, etc.

it can get pretty annoying at times that girls seem to have a better selection than boys. for DS#1 I found a bunch of good stuff at goodwill, which will then be passed down to DS#2.

one step ahead dot com had some adorable swim diapers (reusable) with a mathing rash guard and hat. I got LO one in lime green and the hat is below(I got the plaid one):

I got a cute red one with skull and crossbones from BRU but carters has a HUGE selection of super cutes one and are having a huge sale this weekend too.. Good luck!

With both my boys I felt/feel this way. Always blue and less of a selection. Thankfully I don't have to choose with S because he just uses Lil Swimmers and I has a cool pair of black flame ones since I can shop the "big boy" section now. My 4 yo can fit into size 6 now.

We are going with a cloth swim diaper and a uv-protected swim shirt. That way even if we have to get a stinkin navy blue shirt, there are some adorable patterned CD's that will look fun :]

You are in Philly right? H&M on walnut had some great patterned neon baby boy trunks they were like 6-10 bucks. Love them.

I've seen cute stuff at Target, CP, and Gap. Yeah, most are navy, but at least they have cute fishies (Target), crabs (CP), and other stuff... I haven't seen Gap's since last year, so I forget.
