NBR: Meditation CDs or apps?

Can anyone recommend a good meditation CD or even app for the iPhone or iPod? I need to start incorporating this into my day and looking for anything to help. Thanks!!

Not sure about apps, but DH is big into meditation and he likes this one

I have several guided meditations by Jon Kabat-Zinn in iTunes that I can recommend. He has written several books on meditation, and has a couple of companion CDs as well as recordings for other compilations. Mine is "Guided Mindfulness Meditation." He also wrote (with his wife) one of my favorite parenting books, "Everyday Blessings: The Inner Work of Mindful Parenting."

i have Simply Being guided meditiation app for relaxation and the other for sleeping. i just downloaded Meditiation by red hammer software, whern you can make mixes of sounds or chants for your meditation.

I'm a Zen meditator. Rather than using a guide, I count my breaths and practice mindfulness. But I'm also well on my way to being Buddhist...if you're interested I'm happy to give you some books to read.
