Pain traveling to back

I have noticed recently that the pains in my breast are starting to spread, especially when feeding. I have aches in my breast..like the back of them but now its starting to go into my back, shoulders and kinda under my breast. LO feeds constantly or is on me using me a pacifier constantly anyhow. Is this normal? Could it just be from him feeding so much?

    When my milk comes down I get a sharp pain in my breasts, my midwife said it was the milk sinuses filling up. Milk ducts can be located all the way in your back, so it might be from your milk coming down?
