Anovulation never crossed my mind

So DH and I had a WTF appointment today with the RE and it seems like we have finally got some answers.  DH had is 3rd SA and the doc said all the numbers were good except his motility is a little low making getting pregnant naturally hard but IUI will probably work for us.  Now here is the kicker...When we did my CD3 b/w in the beginning my FSH and LH came back flip flopped.  As many people might think this would say PCOS but since the FSH and LH were the only thing off he said that I have an ovulation problem and probably don't actually ovulate on my own.  Apparently all of those digital OPK's I have taken were mostly false positives(they would only stay positive for maybe 12 hours, I didn't know they should stay positive longer and was bad and never knew to chart till I saw an RE).  I am in the minority though who doesn't ovulate and still gets a normal period(which I wasn't aware could happen).  So the good news is with IUI and Femara to fix my ovulation hopefully he said within 6 IUI cycle we should be pregnant.  So fingers crossed it won't take 6 or more.

IUI#1-4 all BFN
IVF#1 January (4R, 4M, 1F) BFP
Colt was born on 10/27 at 11:50pm. 6lbs and 19 1/4"
Surpise! Baby #2 is on it's way.  EDD 9.18.14

    Woohoo for getting a clearer Dx and plan!  I hope that they are able to get you all KTFU in a few cycles.  Good luck hunterjumper!

    Isn't it great to finally understand what's going on inside your body!  I'm happy that you had a good appointment today and have a plan.  Hopefully it won't even take 6 cycles! Good Luck!

    It's great that you have a plan and that you understand what's going on now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that it doesn't take the full 6 cycles to get that BFP!

    Thanks ladies!  I hope it doesn't take another 5 IUI's either since IUI #1 was a bust.
