Why am I so freaking emotional?

Sigh, I know that it has to be hormones, but for the past few days, I have been on an emotional rollercoaster. Yesterday I cried because my feet hurt, I was tired and my DH said something that I interpreted the wrong way. Today I seem to have teared up at a song on the radio that I have never cried over before and also over my pants feeling too tight. Embarrassed

 Anybody else being completely irrational and emotional? Huh?

    I sobbed as soon as Oprah came on the stage yesterday for her final show. I felt really dumb and was so happy that H had left to go to his kickball league!

    OH YEAH.  I cried nonstop for about 20 minutes last night.  I could not stop.  All because DH said I was always so tense and stressed out because I yelled at our dog (who was trying to get my food!).  I cannot remember the last time I cried that hard.  I'm more of a whiner on a day to day basis.. but this was just ridiculous!

    I have been very emotional, too. Crying at the stupidest things, crying because I'm tired, crying at commercials, etc. It's embarrassing!

    Oh yes, absolutely! I'm glad this is "normal" though. I've been crying because I'm tired, crying because I can't make decisions, crying because my husband asked me to shave my legs!! Yesterday was THE worst. I was horrible! ...although it's funny now!

    Samesies. I cried in the parking lot yesterday when MH and I went to go turn in our leased car. Apparently the car looked "lonely" and I felt horrible guilt leaving it behind.

    I have been crying because of a huge change we are having at my job. I mean, huge, change everything we ever learned into a new system of doing what we do kind of change! We had these intense, hard-core classes on the materials this past weekend, and I felt like a dumba$$ and didn't feel like I absorbed any of the information. So stressed about it.Sad

    I work at a school, and today the Kinders graduated in their little tiny cap and gowns. They started singing a cute song about going to 1st grade,  and the tears started flowing!! I was crying worse than the parents!  LOL

    Same here. I was crying so much this morning that my pants were too tight in the waist that DH was like we can go buy you some new clothes this weekend. I continued to cry but looking back at it now i'm kind of excited to get new clothes. hahaha

    It feels so good to know I am not alone.  I have been crying or on the verge of tears for the past week.  I feel like I can't do anything right and am very frusterated with uncontrollable things.  Urgghhh I hope this passes soon - I want to feel more positive and happy!
