LO age ?

Okay I dont want to sound stupid or anything... but I am so lost on how long my LO is. I have a ticker and use babycenter.com... and they both show different ages. I realize there are different ways to figure out ones age. Which way to you do it? Which one is correct?

Re: LO age ?

  • I'm confused by your question.  If you look at my ticker, it says today Allie is 4 months, 4 weeks old.  But on Saturday that will change to 5 months because there aren't necessarily 4 weeks in every month.  Baby center shows me info for the first week of her fifth month, which is close enough for me, and it has her birthday right.

  • I think TB tickers have been screwy as of late, so no, you're not crazy Tongue Tied  Like PP mentioned, there aren't always the same amount of weeks per month- some have 5, some have 4, etc....DS was 3 months on 5/18, however, he was 13 weeks old- see?  Doesn't quite calculate to 12 weeks/three months.  I'm going to stop now b/c I'm beginning to sound like a dimwit- HTH.
