Prenatal Yoga in the area??

I'm tired of feeling lazy and the gym well...I'm scared to work out and over doing it. So I have been looking into prenatal yoga.

Does anyone know in the Coral Gables/Kendall area?

    I found a local prenatal class through my hospital. Maybe contact your hospital to find out if they know of any or have referrals?

    Hey Old knottie!

    Congrats on the baby!

    They do prenantal yoga at South Miami Hospital on saturdays i believe i think they are $10

    I take class at Prenatal Yoga Plus in the Gables (M, T, Th, S) and Corpo Yoga near Dadeland (S only).  Corpo Yoga is much more intense and really feels like a work out, the teacher is a doula and really knowledgable.  The class in the Gables is nice because you get to talk and interact with several other women that all support eachother.  The teacher is also a doula and knows a lot!
