8 week app. Yay!

I had my 8 week appointment today. I was so nervous, and didn't know what to expect. It went really well. We saw the baby, the heartbeat flicker, and it measured on target with what I thought. Yay! I felt so much better after I left...

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting for that first appointment. I know it's a long wait, but it's worth it to see that everything looks as it should. It makes it feel VERY real!

    Mine is coming up June 2nd!  =]  Glad the appointment went well.  I am excited for it to "feel real"... sometimes it is tough to really feel pregnant when you don't have a big ol' bump!  Btw, I wanted to tell you that I love your siggy pics.  Your husband and you remind me of my hubby and me.  We definitely have a pic of him riding on MY back.  LOL!  That is soooo something we would do and have done. Haha!  =]

    That's funny! My hubby and I are definitely goofy in spirit. I KNOW you'll have a great 1st app. June 2nd will be here before you know it!

    Congrats on a great appointment! I had mine today too, and yes it does feel real now! Today was the longest day ever until we saw the doctor. I guess that's what this whole process is all about, waiting and being patient.

    Mine is June 10 @ 10:10(I thought that was kind of funny). I can't wait. I don't think i ever used a calender so much in my life. I am very happy for you!!

    Mine is next week on May 31. I know what you mean about wanting it to finally feel real. Even though I am terribly nauseous, my breast hurt badly, and I am always exhausted, I don't feel pregnant, just sick. LOL. I think once I see that little heartbeat it will all become real to me. I may just scream right on the ultrasound table!
