PSA: Paid Photoshoot Opportunity

Passing along a request that I received from a friend.

Seeking mommies that have babies 6mo-24mo that would be interested in a photo shoot. Evenflo needs a LOT of ethnic (African-American, Native American, Hispanic, Asian, etc.) model mommies and model babies. Preferably 5?5" and above (for the mommies, not the babies?lol.) and they need to be local. Please note, this isn?t a contract, but they will be modestly paid.

If you're interested, please respond here with your email and I'll forward you the contact information of the requester since I'm not sure she'd like her work info publicly broadcasted .

ETA: Apparently they're also looking for women (I'm assuming also ethnic) with or without babies to hold them in the shoots, too. Also prefer 5'5" or above.

Aw but they're all such cuties! When I was a teen I envyed my lighter hair/eyed schoolmates and even got green contacts for awhile in college. Oddly enough, people did think they were real quite frequently. Seriously...how many Asian people have you ever met with green (or heck, non-brown/black) eyes?!

Hm I actually never thought about it that way and am sorry if you or others were offended. Really I was just sharing what I thought would be a neat opportunity for folks and she didn't ask me to post it here. I guess in the spirit of online connectedness I just have "spread the word" disease!

Oh, now. I don't think her friend is aware of the Bump rules since she didn't ask her to post here. Christine is a known poster who meant no harm and I think this response might be a little harsh.

Not sure how to privately send you a message (or if I can even do that)...don't spend too much time here, but would love some more info. Our little man (and upcoming arrival) is wasian (a term our friends affectionately gave our kids...1/2 white and 1/2 asian ).

Just saw your reply. I am causasian and he is ethnic, but I wouldn't be able to do a public shoot until the adoption is final (sometime in the fall). Perhaps she will still be interested so I can always get the information.
