and it is awesome!

Got up at 7:00, watched a lifetime movie, while the kids played, went shopping all morning with a friend who is great with my kids, out to lunch, including a drink, more shopping, home, baby napping, DD watching cartoons, baby sitter coming in 1 hour, going for a walk alone with my ipod, followed by reading a book in a popular outdoor area, meeting friends for dinner, and going to the theater with my theater group, and beautiful weather too.

Score! I am sure I will get vomited on tomorrow, but today I am loving it!

The Worst Hard Time. Makes you realize how little we really have to complain about. It is about the depression, specifically in the dust bowl. It kind of makes me mad when I hear people say "In this economy" and try to relate it to the depression.

Me too! Slept in until 8:30 am. DS woke up, ate, played. DD got up, played, ate. DS went for a nap. When DS got up, we all went to the mall with my sister and niece and had lunch. Came home, now they're both back down for naps. And DH gets home in an hour!

The Worst Hard Time. Makes you realize how little we really have to complain about. It is about the depression, specifically in the dust bowl. It kind of makes me mad when I hear people say "In this economy" and try to relate it to the depression.

I loved that book. But then, I tend to read a lot of books about real-life disasters. Don't even get me started on the Black Plauge...
