Found my m/s trigger!

So I don't have m/s like most of you I am just nauseaus pretty much all day.  But I have learned what triggers it just wish it were something I could avoid but don't think my co workers would approve! It isthe minute I get in the shower in the morning!  I am thinking it is due to the heat so I think tomorrow I am going to try to take a cooler shower and see what happens!

    That is not a bad idea! I know if I at all feel hot or stifled that it brings the waves of nausea on - I am totally rocking the sleeveless tops in order to stay cool, even though it is already generally freezing here at work.

    Me: Stage II endo, borderline high FSH
    DH: perfect
    1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p
    2 IVFs, 2 FETs = 1 BFN, 1 c/p, 1 ectopic and finally a sticky BFP in May 2011!

    My trigger is brushing my teeth!  It totally started my m/s and it hasn't gone away since.  The worst part was that after I hurled, I had to re-brush them again to get the test out of my mouth.

    oh, me too oatoa. i totally dry heave every morning when i brush my teeth. i actually get sick, but there's nothing in there so i just heave.

    the minute that toothbrush enters my mouth, it's game over. i dont even have to actually brush, just put the toothbrush and paste in my mouth and its puke time.

    i did this last time too! it was horrible butttt, it's a symptom!

    I get SO hungry, but within 15 minutes of eating bad nausea takes over. Ick!
