1. we received a call from the realtor this morning - our house has been in escrow for 2 weeks (we got an offer in 3 days, yahoo!) and she said the inspection came back clean and the buyers are not requesting anything. hallelujah!

2. MH has a phone interview at noon today

3. maybe baby? pretty please with sugar on top?
