Blurb paper - premium vs. standard

anyone ordered both before? is there a big difference? last year i ordered premium because i had a code to get it at the same price as standard. this year i don't have the coupon and i wonder if it's worth the $7 difference. I'm buying 3 books so it adds up.

    Definitely premium. The standard is very thin and flimsy - I don't like it at all.

    Huh.  I went with the standard for my blog books and was really happy with it.  Maybe because I'm not a pro photog.  ;)

    standard paper is just one finish i believe.  the premium book i got was matte finish, which again was identical to the premium i got previously (so either my 'premium' book was misprinted or there's not enough difference for me to tell :)

    Hmm, maybe it's just mine! I just remember being incredibly unhappy with the standard paper about 2 years ago when I got it. I got premium at Christmas and was pleased with it!

    I ordered lustre last time and was happy as well :)

    hmm, so much for a consensus. lol.

    i got premium last time so i just don't want to get standard this time and it not be as nice as the ones from last year.

    i'd definitely re-buy what you were already happy with rather than regret not spending the extra $20 but i'll keep getting mine on standard.  i love our books!

    yeah, i was thinking the same thing. i worked too darn hard on this book to be unhappy with my paper choice. thanks for the input!
