Yeap, I'm venting about my MIL

So MIL thinks it's cruel and unusual punishment that were doing BLW. In all honesty, the only reason I'm doing it is because Grant refuses to be spoonfed. So, we went to her house for lunch today and I gave him pieces of fruit, crackers and some chicken. MIL immediately harps in and says I should go mash a banana and she'll feed him. I come back (we were outside) and she's feeding him a chocolate pudding cup! I freakedthefuckout and asked her as kindly as I could WTH she was thinking. She said, "I thought if I enticed him with chocolate pudding he'd eat the banana". Seriously. WTF. Indifferent

. BTW, he didn't like either. Stupidbitch.

How is BLW punishment? Isn't that what we're all eventually going to do anyway? Does she just eat pudding and mashed bananas all day? Good gravy boats... sounds like something my MIL would do.

Shiit, DH knows I'd cutabitch if he did it. I'm a control freak and I know my kid, what can I say? :P

I'm the same way! About a year ago she bought Morgan a real tea set and had her over for "tea". I pick morgan up and she says they drank orange tea. MIL gave her orange pop. A whole 20oz bottle. I don't let the kids stay with her anymore without our supervision. After today I've realized she can't be left alone in the same room with them.
