Running Trails

I am looking for some new running trails that I can take the DS with in his jogging stroller. Besides Town lake, can anyone recommend a nice running trail anywhere S/SWest?

I have never run on it and don't know how long it is, but I always see lots of people on the trail around Chuys/Costco/Cheddars area (can't ever remember what this area is called, arbor trails?) It looks like a nice flat trail that would be good for a stroller.
