Had surprise appt's yesterday!!

I found out Monday night that I was going for my first OB appt (with no u/s, since I just had one Thursday) yesterday at 430. Then I got a call yesterday morning that I needed to to an OB consult first, so I had to go in at 11 and then come back at 430. So I did both of those and everything is great! My DH got to go with me to my OB appt since he was off, which was nice. When we got there, they took us back to an ultrasound room!!! The doctor came in and said, "I'm really sorry, but since you have a history of repeat m/c's, we have to make sure that heartbeat is still there." It was a HUGE bummer to have to get ANOTHER u/s. (Please note the sarcasm in that sentence!) Anyway, Baby Diz is measuring right on track with a strong HB!!! DH was so excited he got to see the baby and that kid is growing like a weed!! I couldn't believe the growth in just 5 days!! Also, they changed my due date from Jan 11th to Jan 14th. I'll probably just keep my ticker the way it is, because I'm too lazy to change it. They also said now that I've had a couple u/s's with a heart beat, that my m/c rate is now dropped from 40% to 10%. When I make it to 13 weeks with a HB, it will drop again to 1%. I feel like I can really get excited now!
