Talk to me about Fenugreek

I've never heard of such a thing until I started reading posts on here.  What is it and how does it work?  Something to up your milk supply right?

    its an herbal supplement to help increase milk production. its super gross haha but thats cause I dont do well swallowing pills. I prefer 'more milk plus' herbal drops, you dont need to take as much you can mix with a small amount of juice and it has the fenugreek in the drops.

    Yes, it helps with milk production. I used the pills and I just swallowed them so I didn't taste anything.. They worked well for me.

    I bought 2 bottles when I was trying to keep my supply from tanking- it helped, but not enough to help fix my issue. I have friends who used it with an already well-established [good] supply and it helped them get an extra 2-3 oz per pumping session after about a week.

    I used it too- didn't do a THING for me except give me and LO gas!  DOM on the other hand got me flowin!

    It gave me the runs so I had to stop taking it before it had any affect on my supply....Sad  Now I eat oatmeal every morning and I think that's helped...
