Hi Ladies!
New to the board, due January 27. This is my first pregnancy and I am super nervous. I have had mild cramping off and on for the last few days and just got back from the doctor to have my levels checked. I won't hear anything until tomorrow though.
Anyone else have cramps at this point? I have read that it's fairly common, but also could not be a good sign. I think I'm scaring myself and googling way too much!
Re: Intro...
I had cramping right up until a couple of days ago. My gyno told me it was normal because it's my uterus growing and expanding. She said only to worry if I spot with actual blood.
Welcome to the board!!!
I had cramps, and muscle twinges. I've heard that if its combined with new blood, then it would be something to worry about.
Right now its just your ute making room for the baby!
Congrats!
Hi, welcome to the board!
Stay away from google! It can be so scary!
Cramping is really normal, and you should only worry about it if it's very painful or accompanies red blood. FWIW, I've had cramping on and off since my 4th week. There is a lot of activity going on in there right now! GL!

Hi,
I was right there with you all weekend. Mi projected due date is January 27 too!
I had cramping and a little dark brown spotting this past Saturday and a little on Sunday. I went to the doctor Monday and had my levels checked and an ultrasound (Not a transvaginal sicne there was spotting. So I didn;t really get to see anything
)and all was well!
I was assured that cramping at this stage is normal. So please destress and relax and I'll try to do the same.

Congrats and welcome to the board! I've had some mild cramping too. I know it's scary because it can also be a bad symptom, but with the absence of any spotting I've been told it's normal.

welcome! as for the cramping HECK YES! This is also my first pregnancy...and I still have cramping, mostly in the morning. But still faintly throught out the day and then also in the evening when I am cleaning/cooking etc..just take it easy, lay back when you can (not dr's orders or anything it just feels good) LOL!! make DH do everything for you!! hahaha....GL w/ your pregnancy and try to relax...its totally normal..as long as there isnt a bright red flow you are totally fine girl!
But I know how hard it is not to trip off of all the cramping...just think that everytime you feel it your body is adjusting and growing with your LO, its all good
Congrats and welcome to the board! Cramping is completely normal, as PP have said. I still have them off and on.
