First beta is in...

Finally I gave in and called my doctor and spoke to him directly.

First beta is: 13 Indifferent

He said it seems a bit low for where I am at (measured 4w4d yesterday with vaginal ultrasound)

Of course, we can't determine if this is going to be a viable pregnancy or not until we get my second beta tomorrow(won't find those out until my appointment on Thursday).

So yeah, that is where I am at....still in limbo land.

HHmm well yeah this could go either way honestly, and I am praying for it to go the pregnant way.

When I was pregnant last time, I got a beta of 11 on 12 DPO. I went on to get an u/s and next beta. They saw nothing on the screen except my endo lining was thicker. But no sack no baby nothing. So the mere fact they were able to measure you at 4 weeks and 4 days sounds promising. My beta next at 14 DPO was a 2.

Are you bleeding at all??

My doc did reassure me last time that I should try and relax, and that they have seen women with low beta's go on to have normal pregnancies. So I am hoping this is your case.

Yes, I am bleeding. That was the reason I had the u/s yesterday and they are checking my levels. I started spotting Sunday, had medium flow yesterday(sucked having to be checked by a doctor while bleeding), and today it is medium to light flow. I am not soaking through a pad every hour, which is a positive thing he said.
