I have a bunch of cream cheese I need to use up and am looking for ideas. I've got a couple desserts already but am stuck on meals or snacks. Any ideas?
I have a lot too...bought some for family that was visiting, told them I had it, but then they bought there own and left it. I am thinking some kind veggie tortilla wraps...since I also was left with an abundance of those too.

Tons of recipes on Philidelphia's website. I've been using their "cooking cremes" for some really simple dinners lately - but they have a whole section of recipes that use cream cheese!
there are so many good recipes out there but I wanted to say that cream cheese freezes really well so if you decide not to use it now just pop it in the freezer. I currently have 14 bricks of it in mine, of course it was a good sale

A block of softened cream cheese mixed with half a jar of Harry & David onion pepper relish is awesome with tortilla chips. They usually have samples of this at the stores, we sampled and were hooked.
Our best bites and cooking light both have guiltless alfredo sauces using cream cheese...i think they use light but I'm sure you could use regular. Oh and I'm so making the cream cheese and chipotle berry dressing thing for memorial day...yum!
It's really yummy mixed into mashed potatoes (or any mashed veggie, really - carrots, cauliflower, etc.)!
I love making sandwiches with it - mixing cream cheese with some dill and rosemary and topping with roasted vegies or just cucumber slices, or mixing it with a little sweet curry powder and topping with smoked salmon.
I just had jalapenos cut in half and cleaned out, filled with cream cheese and bacon wrapped around them and then baked in the oven. SO delish!! I had them with turkey bacon wrapped around and it was fantastic too.

Re: Cream Cheese Recipes/Ideas?
Ella likes slices of ham rolled up with cream cheese.
Blueberry muffins with cream cheese in the center.

It freezes well, too, if you haven't opened it yet.
This is one of my all time fave snacks!

This is exactly what I thought of when I saw the post title. So. Good!!
I also like the idea of wraps with cream cheese, lunch meat, veggies. Quick and I would think the kiddos would like too.
