I am a nervous wreck

Our offer on the house was presented at 11am to the sellers agent and I'm going completely crazy waiting. They have until tomorrow to respond and if they take that long I'm not sure I'll make it. Ugh.

I fully expect a counter I just hope that we can negotiate with them to the parts we need to have to do the deal. I really love the house and am trying not to get attached before I even know but it's hard.

Sigh. Maybe I'm cracking a beer early today...
