This is the most frustrating thing about being pregnant... other people judging your actions. I get it - you should eat healthy, you should excersize, you should avoid drinking, smoking, and unhealthy activities... and we ALL try very hard. But there are so many DANG RULES!
So while eating a grapefruit, I start sprinkling Splenda on my wedges. My girlfriend, who I just told yesterday, comes up to me and kindly says, "No - no, you shouldn't be eating that. Use real sugar and absolutely do not eat artificial sweeteners." Okay - thank you for looking out for me, I wasn't considering that... but oh geez, how many people are watching and judging everything that I putting in my mouth!

Too bad it was not vodka, you might have turned around and slapped her and said Mind your business. LOL
As long as you (general) are not smoking, drinking, or doing drugs, then I think people should leave you alone.
You don't want me to tell you what I think people should do if you ARE doing one or more of the 3 things I listed!
Yes indeed. It is called a Greyhound and is delicious.
X Rated and sour. Tastes like a grapfruit with a little sugar on it. X rated is a pink grapfruit vodka.
This! Also... Vodka and grapefruit. Yum! I will remember this for next year.
I've learned the polite response is something similar to "while I appreciate your concern, I prefer to monitor my health with my doctor." It may come across as a bit snarky, but it'll at least get them to back off.
Also, technically a little bit of alcohol is not only ok but good for baby. There's just a lot of stigma out there because you only hear about mothers who drink to excess while pregnant and cause problems. Some doctors may even give an alcohol limit that's safe although it's not popular to do so.
