Trying to Get Pregnant

chart stalk please

Hey ladies..this is my first month charting, can someone just look at it, and see if it seems right? My temps have seem'd to be the same or around the same for days. I look at other charts and they are fairly different until O.

I am worried I may be doing something wrong, though, when I temp in the morning it is what it is, and I am sure I am temping the right way.

Thanks ladies!

Seems a bit flat. My BBT did this to me a while ago (kept getting the same reading down to the hundredth) and I had to get a new one.  It did make a difference.

  • As long as you are taking your temp the same time each day and after 3 hours of sleep, you are doing it right! My pre-O temps have ranged from consistent (like yours) to drastic differences in temps each day. You should have an easy time detecting O with your consistent temps! GL!

Are you using a basal thermometer? It temp to the hundredth, not just the tenth. Your temps look pretty flat, but if you temped to the hundredth degree, they might move a little more.

  • Yeah, I am temping every morning between 5 am and 5:30 am. I am using a BBT. It is a digital one I got from amazon..so whatever it says when it beeps is what i chart... So..it's not odd that it is what you ladies are calling "flat"?

  • Hi, fellow PCOS sufferer here.

The temps aren't super flat.  If you look at my chart most of my pre-O temps are 97.6 (give or take a hundredth).  I don't do OPKs at all because of the PCOS we just DTD every other day when I have fertile CM and hope for the best (my DH was also dx with minor MFI). It might be awhile before you see O (I think we were lucky I had a somewhat short cycle this time around) or you may not at all because of the PCOS (I am sure you are aware).

    GL.

  • well, i O'd last  month! and this month I got my period on my own, so i am taking it as a good sign!! I think i might give up on the opk's as well, they just give me such anxiety..  I might just do what you do and go by the CM...

    GL to you too! Thanks!
