regression after 3 months.
my 2.5 yr old has been "fully "potty trained since Feb.... underwear all day every day - diapers at night only.... she has had minimal accidents after the first week or so.
about 10 days ago she started having accidents. they are now increasing in frequency and yesterday she peed and pooped in her pants ( never done that before)
no changes at home / daycare.... not sure what this is all about or how to handle.
read a few articles that says this is natural and just a phase - but not sure how to handle. any advice?
