Who watched it? I personally (and sadly), have been watching it since the second season with Aaron so I can't quit now even though I wasn't crazy about Ashley.
I was very pleasantly surprised with the cast. The guys are all smart and good looking and there was only one weirdo in the bunch (the mask guy) and she sent the wasted one packing. I just don't understand why when a Bachelor/ette receives a warning about one of the contestants, they don't listen? It seems like that guy Bentley is going to bring heartache but she kept him despite a warning from his a friend of his ex-wife. ::sigh::

The guy with the mask didn't freak me out until they showed previews... and he's STILL wearing the mask. I got the point of it for the first cocktail party but now it is creepy!
I didn't think I liked Ashley but then she seemed really sweet with all the guys and she laughs easily... that was until she picked Bentley at the end. IDIOT! Why she's not listening to the warning she was given is beyond me and looks like that dosen't play out too well for her!
Other guys that stood out in a good way:
Ben F- wine maker I really liked him.
Frank- I just thought he was cute and seemed genuine.
JP- Construction... yummy!
Matt- from MA
Ryan P- Solar energy guy... I like him but he might be too much personality- and mixed with her too much personality it might be... you guessed it- TOO MUCH!
West- Adorable and the story about his wife passing away just broke my heart
William- cell phone salesguy- or as ABC says "Cellular Phone Salesman" who says cellular phone?! I liked him- seems like a fun guy.
Tim getting wasted was ridiculous- she handled that better than I would have. He's 35 and gets totally trashed... classy!
How in the world did you remember all their names already? I can barely reember my neighbors name! lol
West reminds me of a male version of Emily. Ben F makes me wonder if hes there for the wrong reasons ex: promoting his wine. The mask guy I didn't care for until the showed the preview of him taking a sh*t with the mask on...lol
I am impressed with the guys so far but, like all of you have said, WTH why would she keep Bentley?! Sorry, maybe it's hormones talking, but she deserves whatever he gives her. She's been warned and chose to ignore that warning. The mask guy is creepy, espeically since he keeps it on. Crazy!! Looks like it will be an interesting season though!
Haha- I think this goes back to my camp counselor days where you would have to remember 50 6th graders names all at once. I'd just assocate things with each kid- I do the same when watching Bachelor/Bachelorette. Haha... I need a life!
I agree with this! I think they have them keep the controversial people around longer because they make the show more interesting. It's all for ratings anyway!
Agreed all around! Although I was sad she sent the Canadian home. That was the main reason I even watched Jillian's season! I also don't understand why Ashley didn't heed the warning about Bentley. Maybe because he told a great story about his ex and convinced Ashley that he was worth the risk? Sorry, he's not that hot, I woulda sent him packin'. And WTH with the mask dude, obviously an AW and shoulda gone home. My favorite part about Tim? He's a Liquor Distributor, you'd think they'd know how to hold their liquor!
I shamelessly admit that I love this show and watch every season, just because it's soooo cheesy and such an utter train wreck!
Not sure if any of you have heard of him, but there's a website (RealitySteve.com) written by a dude here in Dallas where I live....he's been doing this for almost every season now. Anywho, he's popular enough to the point where he usually gets almost all the spoilers before the first episode even airs (and ABC hates him!). He's sarcastic and hilarious, and makes a lot of fun of the show....but I think it's fun to see if he's right.Check it out! But, don't say I didn't warn you about the spoilers.
Surprise BFP# 5 - 9/2/16 - Due 5/13/17
This was my first time watching the show, and I'm really hoping not to get hooked. It just seems soooo superficial to me! It was driving me crazy...
The drunk guy was a mess. Have I ever been that drunk? Yes... maybe a couple of times when I was 21, but 35 years old!? How embarrassing! His family is probably worried about him after seeing that. I know I would be.
Some of the guys were cute but needed a haircut! I am so not into the longish hair look. My DH is balding quickly
, but I still would rather that than long dirty looking hair.
Because I know Ben C, of course I'm biased and thought he was the cutest with his french speaking and the signs. If I didn't know him, I think I would probably say Ryan, William and JP are my favorites... we'll see. I'll watch it again next week.
