I'm so there. Some days I miss being pregnant and have a tiny tiny baby!! Then I realize how much more work I would have to do and won't be able to spend the time I want alone with DD. We want to be able to take her on vacations and spoil her a little more before we have another LO.
I've had baby fever since DS was about 10 1/2 months old, if not sooner. It gets worse as the months go on. We were gonna TTC in September, now we've pushed it up to July...thankfully. But I really wish BF would be okay with TTC in June. :-( Oh well, at least he agreed to push it up to July right?
As DS became more and more independent I started wanting another LO. And then after a few months of Off and On baby fever but no plans on going ahead with things we got a big fat suprise BFP! Now baby number 2 could come any day now!
I get baby fever all the time. I wish I would have taken the time when ds was tiny to just sit back and take it all in. Instead, I was so sleep deprived that I was just wishing he would get bigger and sleep through the night. I also miss being cute pregnant around 20 weeks.

Yes! I think this is pretty common. We're waiting a few more months, but I definitely have baby fever. I'm trying to just slow down and enjoy all the moments with DS now though.
I keep baby fever because Jana was so difficult. I want to have a normal experience with a LO. I know that may be hoping against hope, and I'm glad we are holding off for a while so I can really heal and not put too much pressure on the next baby to be a "redemption baby" for VBAC, longer breastfeeding, good experience, etc. Plus, I'm finally starting to enjoy being a mommy. DD is getting easier.

This. Ds was a preemie, and spent 5 weeks in the nicu, so I really feel like I missed out on the normal newborn experience. I want just more one chance to have that.

I get it all the time, I miss everything about being pregnant (well almost) and I wish it were the right time for another baby because I have loved being a mother so much from day 1, I also wished DH felt the same. DH isn't even sure he wants more. He was an only child and has this idea that Andrew should be an only child and I don't like it one bit. We have had this conversation at least once and it never goes too well.

I also want a VBAC next time, longer breastfeeding but I have LOVED being a mommy.
Re: Thoughts about next baby...
Are you pregnant again?
Ditto.

Nope.
