Update to Appt Today

So we had our first vag ultrasound today and saw the heartbeat. It was a steady 125. They also dated me at 7 weeks exactly, so I'm further along than I thought. Overall, it was a great appt except for the doctor telling me that for all my ailments (constipation, migraines, sinuses, etc) I needed to drink water. Drove me nuts!

    Yay! Congrats on a great appt!  As for drinking more water...if this is hard b/c you don't like the taste maybe try adding a slice of lemon?

    Good to hear you had a great appointment! Just drink your water! Just kidding! It sucks that they didn't offer you any other options for your ailments.
