Re: Intro
We didnt find out about Jacobs allergies, officially, until he was 10 months old. We did rice cereal at 4m, but he never liked it. We did oatmeal cereal at 5m and that went over a little better. At 6m we did the common baby foods, like SP, applesauce, green beans, etc.
We did straight fruits and veggies with his baby food-we didnt do regular solids until more around 9-10m. I tried formula with him when he was around 9m old and he broke out in hives on his face-that was out first clue that something was wrong.
Soy free food is hard to find, IMO. Maybe you could try some meats that are pureed? The store bought ones are beyond gross, though. Jacob has always been a really bad eater. He really wouldnt eat tables foods until closer to 15m old. We still have to feed him ourselves with a spoon/fork to get him to eat alot. Its a disaster.

When he was 1 year old i started with yoguts and other stuff. we already knew he was allergic to dairy and soy so we automatically went to coconut yogurt (so delicious is the brand).
So at 1 i really started other things like pasta, breads and adding some spices
