The twin group had a great meeting about raising daughters the other night. I thought others might be interested in some area parenting classes. The presenters, Mindful Parenting PDX and Boys Alive, were really upbeat and interesting.
Mindful Parenting has a 4 week series of parenting classes in June: https://www.mindfulparentingpdx.blogspot.com/ She's also going to teach a sibling class and Mindful Parenting for Girls class in July. You just have to send her an email for more info.
Boys Alive taught a raising sons class for the twin group last year, and it was a big hit. She says the class is also helpful to better understand husbands or other men in your life. https://www.boysalive.com/
Also, there is a class in Portland based on the book Cinderella Ate My Daughter. The instructor is waiting for some more emails to show interest before she schedules a class. https://cagefreepdx.com/discussion.html
