I pronounce them the same. Although NMS, I'd go with Jameson. I know multiple people with this name as a last name and with both spellings. I think that's why I'm not fond of it.
Jameson is the surname of a popular porn star as well as the label of an alcohol. Jamison is the original, 'son of James' while Jameson is some American variant that we came up with because we're familiar with the name, James. Not to mention they're both surnames.
Basically, I see it as Aiden vs Aidan. One is the original, while the other is more popular in America.

Looks wise, I prefer Jameson. I don't pronounce them the same in my head, though.
Jameson is James-son.
Jamison is Jame-uh-son.
I don't think this is right. I knew a Jameson in high school who pronounced it Jame-uh-son.
I prefer Jameson. Is the boy's father named James?
Jameson
It may not be right but that's how I pronounce them too.
