LL proposition = awesome news for us

Remember on Tuesday when I mentioned that our LL had a proposition for us?  Well, we were able to talk to him today and he wants us to buy the house we are renting!

He wants to sell it to us for $85,000, a really good price and something we could definitely afford the payments on.  We have to see if we can get approved for a loan since J just finished paying off her debt not too long ago, we have ways to get around it if we can't get approved on our own though. 

J and I have discussed it and are going to move forward with trying to get approved and buying this house.

    Awesome!!  You guys have put a ton of work in to that house, this is so exciting!  I hope it works out!
