Anyone use an Epi-No?

Has anyone heard of the Epi-No? Did you use it? My friend in London just ordered one and I'm not even sure if they are allowed to ship stateside. Just curious if any of you had heard/used it. Thanks!

I will use one. My sister did and didn't have any problems with tearing or stuff along the lines of that in 2 natural births. My mom will send me one from Germany. I can't believe they don't have those here!
On a side note, I think it's a little yucky, but I'm willing to try anything to ease the birth of our baby.
