Pregnant after a Loss

Feels like I just did an ab work out!

I've noticed every now and then- more so the past few weeks- that sometimes it feels like I just got done with an ab workout!  It's not pain, it's not stretching, it's that soreness.  It isn't too bad.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  It's all over my abdominal area.

  • I did a lot at the end of 1st Tri and do now. Stretching helps.

  • I went through exactly that around then for a few weeks. Felt like I'd done a bunch of crunches every day.

What kind of stretching did you find helped?  Like full body "cat" stretches?  Side stretches?  I am sure any helps, just looking for advice from someone who has been there!

Basically anything that would make my mid-section stretch out gently. Leaning back, raising my arms to stretch, etc. Whatever works!

  • I've had that the last few weeks. It's sort of weird feeling. It's all good news though!

  • I had that at right around that time with my first pregnancy.  I found leaning backwards as much as possible, particularly over an exercise ball or something similar helped a lot.
