So far, Red Robin has been the most kid-friendly place for us (but we also don't eat out a lot). They are always really good about bringing DD's food first so she doesn't have to sit around waiting and there is always something interesting to look at. Service is also quite fast. The Soup Plantation by our house is okay too. It keeps LO entertained if it's busy or you can also sit outside on the patio (which is always empty) if you're afraid a meltdown is near.
