A post-partum period already??? It's been 8 weeks since I delivered my baby. I stopped bleeding at like 5 1/2 weeks and started again this afternoon. No cramps. I feel pissed, like PMS pissed, but I figured that's just because I haven't been sleeping enough.

Join the club. I started my first pp the day before my 6 week app't, had my second at 8 weeks, and then had a little break before I had my third at 12 weeks. Not pleased, not pleased at all...

I had pp bleeding start back up again at 8 weeks and continue until 12 weeks. Might not be a period. Fingers crossed for you.

With DS I had PP bleeding until nearly 8 weeks. Then got my period 2 weeks later and like clockwork every 4 weeks after that. I was especially pissed because I was led to believe that BFing held it off. My formula feeding sister went more than 6 months until hers came back!

I also had some mild cramping the other day, which I get around ovulation, so I'm probably about to start my cycle up again, too.

dude that sucks! i had pp bleeding until about 8 weeks so that was pretty sucky but AF held off until 6 months for me.. or was it 4? i can't remember anymore lol.

but either way, that really sucks if she's back already.
